Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 93.31% identity to consensus. Additional features: 15 nt TIRs 93.30% identity; 71.46% similar to hAT-NA1_Can of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of hAT-N1_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 76.10% sequence similarity.
