Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 40 seqs; mean 85.58% identity to consensus. Additional features: 12 nt TIRs 91.70% identity; 63.65% similar to hAT-N8_SLy of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of hAT-N3_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 85.40% sequence similarity.
