Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 10 seqs; mean 89.09% identity to consensus. Additional features: 12 nt TIRs 91.70% identity; 62.11% similar to hAT-N8_SLy of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of hAT-N3_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 85.40% sequence similarity.
