Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 82.94% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-83); A box (15-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-182); poly A tail (183-195); 98.70% similar to SINE2-1_Cba (SolS-I). There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-1_Cch (a and b) which consensus share 81.00% sequence similarity.
