Abstract:
Analyzed genome: GCA_000787875.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 89.62% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (14-24); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-178); poly A tail (179-185); consensus sequences of SolS-XI subfamily 1 (SINE2-1a_Can, SINE2-2a_Cgl, SINE2-8a_Cch, SINE2-8a_Cba, SINE2-2_Sme) share 99.30% similarity; this family is absent from other Solanaceae genomes (Datura stramonium, Jaltomata sinuosa, Lycium barbarum, Nicotiana tabacum, Petunia axillaris, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum tuberosum).
