Abstract:
Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 89.75% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (14-25); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-258); poly A tail (259-259); 95.90% similar to SINE2-3c_Cba (SolS-III). There exist three major subpopulations of SINE2-3_Cch (a, b and c) which consensus share 68.90% sequence similarity.
