Abstract: De novo TE library from GCF_001659605.2. Consensus of 112 seqs >50 nt and poly T tail; mean 76.46% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (13-23); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-162); poly T tail (163-168); 107 copies in genes, 2 in CDS. SINE2-1_Mes is 95.20% similar to SINE2-1_JC (Au family) of Jatropha curcas, also Euphorbiaceae.
