Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 10 entire or nearly entire length and poly A tail seqs; mean 83.01% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-72; 114-184; 225-306); A box (15-26; 127-138; 238-249); B box (58-68; 170-180; 281-291); LINE-related region (73-113; 185-224; 325-363); unknown origin (307-324); poly A tail (364-374). SINE2-11b_Atr is identical to SINE2-11a_Atr but with an extra forward region related to SINE2-6_Atr; exists one copy with visible TSDs (scaffold 279; ACACCAGACTAC/ACACCAGACTGC). 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
