Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 86.34% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-93); A box (13-24); B box (56-66); unknown origin (94-120); LINE-related region (121-159; poly A tail (160-171); at the end of the tRNA-related region there is a duplication of CTGACACC. SINE2-1_Atr members (a, b, c1, c2, c3) and SINE-1_ATr of Repbase share 70.00% similarity. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
