Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 92.64% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-97); A box (14-25); B box (57-67); unknown origin (98-121); LINE-related region (122-160; poly A tail (161-170); at the end of the tRNA-related region there is a duplication of YTRACACC. SINE2-1_Atr members (a, b, c1, c2, c3) and SINE-1_ATr of Repbase share 70.00% similarity. SINE2-1b_Atr is monomeric and related to the complex SINE2-9_Atr. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
