Abstract:
De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 20 seqs; mean 85.63% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-70; 112-182); A box (13-24; 125-136); B box (56-66; 168-178); LINE-related region (71-111; 133-230); poly A tail (231-239). SINE2-8_Atr is a homodimer from SINE2-6_Atr and exist copies with visible TSDs; forward region embraces 87% of length of SINE2-6_Atr, up to the poly T stretch of the second tandem repetion, while second region is full length; homotrimeric (354 nt mean) and homopentameric (578 nt mean) copies with visible poly A tail also occur but without detectable TSDs. 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
