Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 11 entire or nearly entire length and poly A tail seqs; mean 80.06% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-71; 114-184; 228-325); A box (14-25; 127-138; 241-252); B box (57-67; 170-180; 284-294); LINE-related region (72-113; 185-227; 351-389); unknown origin (326-350); poly A tail (390-400). SINE2-9b_Atr is identical to SINE2-9a_Atr but with an extra forward region related to SINE2-6_Atr; exists one copy with visible TSDs (scaffold 3; GAAAGGGGAGAGAGA/GAAAAAAGAGAGA). 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
