Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_000471905.1. Consensus of 7 entire or nearly entire length and poly A tail seqs; mean 80.57% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-71; 113-183; 227-297; 340-437); A box (14-25; 126-137; 240-251; 353-364); B box (57-67; 169-179; 283-293; 396-406); LINE-related region (72-112; 144-226; 298-339; 463-501); unknown origin (438-462); poly A tail (502-509). SINE2-9c_Atr is identical to SINE2-9a_Atr but with two extra forward regions related to SINE2-6_Atr; exists one copy with visible TSDs (scaffold 10; AGAGATATGGGCCCAAT/AGAGGTATGGGTTCAAC). 20 consensus seqs belonging to SINE2-1_Atr to SINE2-11_Atr share the L1 lineage origin (L1-5_Atr and related seqs of Repbase).
