Abstract:
De novo search via RepeatModeler from GCA_905181385.1; CDS predicted via Fgenesh and protein annotated via InterProScan. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 90.70% identity to consensus. Additional features: 22 nt TIRs 86.40% identity; 8 nt TSDs; between 204 and 205 there is a highly divergent region of ca. 1300-1700 nt, absent from the consensus sequence.
