Abstract: Analyzed genome: assembly of Xu et al. (2021) (NCBI BioProject PRJNA684944). Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 91.33% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-91); A box (14-24); B box (67-77); tRNA-unrelated region (92-142); repeat ATACTAAC (95-102; 109-116; 117-124; 125-131); poly A tail (143-152). Mainly differs from SINE2-2b_Sre by a copy of the repeat ATAACTAC at the tRNA-unrelated region. SINE2-2_Sre variants a to c share 81.40% similarity.
