Analyzed genome: Fragaria x ananassa v1.0.a1 (Phytozome). Consensus of 30 seqs; mean 94.66% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-114); A box (13-24); B box (90-100); tRNA-unrelated region (115-192); poly A tail (193-204). SINE2-2_Fxa variants a to c share 88.20% similarity. 87.40% similar to SINE2-2_Fv.
