Abstract: Analyzed genome: Setaria italica v2.2 (Phytozome). Consensus of 41 seqs; mean 87.43% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-83); A box (14-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-345); poly T tail (346-354). 91.55% similar to SINE2-2_EcCG. SINE2-2_Sit variants a and b share 75.70% similarity.
