Abstract:
Analyzed genome: assembly of Xu et al. (2021) (NCBI BioProject PRJNA684944). Consensus of 36 seqs; mean 92.73% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-91); A box (14-24); B box (67-77); tRNA-unrelated region (92-133); repeat ATACTAAC (94-101; 108-115; 116-122); poly A tail (134-142). Mainly differs from SINE2-2a_Sre by a copy of the repeat ATAACTAC at the tRNA-unrelated region. SINE2-2_Sre variants a to c share 81.40% similarity.
