Additional features: tRNA related region (1-92); A box (14-24); B box (68-78); tRNA-unrelated region (93-139); repeat ATACTAAC (95-102; 109-116; 117-123; 124-130); poly A tail (140-148). SINE2-2_Sre variants a to c share 81.40% similarity.
