Analyzed genome: Eucalyptus grandis v2.0 (Phytozome). Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 86.03% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-83); A box (14-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-231); poly A tail (232-244). First 141 nt similar to SINE2-2_Egr and SINE2-7_Egr. SINE2-9_Egr variants a to d share 79.00% similarity.
