Poster guidelines:
Each poster presenter is allotted half of a poster board with an available space of 47 inches wide by 48 inches tall (119.38 cm x 121.92 cm).Posters will be attached using pushpins (provided).
The title of the poster, authors' names and affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top of the poster.
The abstract, as it was submitted, should appear on the poster.
Posters will be on display during the entire conference. You can mount your poster on Friday evening or any time on Saturday. Each poster will be allotted a number in the printed material you will receive upon arrival. Poster viewing sessions are scheduled in the evening on Sunday (odd numbers) and Monday (even numbers), however posters will be also available for pre-viewing on Saturday evening.
All posters must be removed by Tuesday April 4, before 10 am. The organizers cannot be held responsible for the posters that are not removed on time.
